  1. My husband just love to have Chinese desserts after dinner, so each day I will try out to make something different. I used to visit many sites in the Internet for getting new Chinese recipes, my husband really appreciates my effort. One day, for my son’s birthday party I made White Rabbit Creamy Candy, after tasting this one of my friend gave me bulk orders for making this for her daughter’s wedding.

  2. Chinese desserts are something very special for my son. So his last birthday I made a sweet dessert with strawberries mixed with honey and sugar and it was the Chinese recipe. Everyone liked the flavor of the delicious dessert and some of them asked for the secret of the recipe.

    It’s so easy to make moon cake and I always make it when my kid comes tired after school. He just love it and it’s no nutritious too. For fillings, I always use fruits like pineapple, lychee and melons.
